How it Works

The KPI add-on works by configuring which KPIs to measure through Lime Admin, and then setting targets on the corresponding limetype. So if a KPI is "The coworker must make 10 history notes of the type 'Customer visit'". Then you will be setting that target from the coworker limetype object view in the web client.
